He gets NO Stars. Worst experience of my life. I have never in my life have had to wait a week for bloodwork results because he sends blood to New Jersey.... there is no reason to send it that far with all the labs in Lafayette Louisiana. He told me he only deals with Lafayette general. I'm not stupid. Lafayette General has it's own lab. My primary Dr. ( who only deals with Lafayette general) gets my blood results the same day. Been looking for a good GYN. I’ve had a few bad ones in the past . It always hard for me to take that step and do GYN appointment because I’ve been through a lot but Dr Robinson was very kind and patient with me even though I was so nervous to go get pap done . Very understanding doctor . Decided to keep him as my GYN .

Dr Robinson delivered my granddaughter and his attention and his helpful explanations were very important to us. He allowed my daughter to design her birth experience the way she wanted it to be. At the last minute, her delivery became an emergency as the baby could not drop because of a dangerously shot umbilical cord. He allowed me and the babys father to come into the delivery room and be there for her. I am forever grateful for his help and attention to her.

I would recommend Dr. Robinson to future patients. 4 years ago he delivered my daughter and at the time, yes I found his bedside manner to be very blunt but I returned for my 3rd pregnancy. I found that he was very informative and genuinely asked how I was feeling and how my pregnancy is going. He makes me feel very comfortable talking about things throughout my pregnancy. I am in and out of the office. The staff are extremely nice and make you feel comfortable.

Awesome doctor, very straightforward and caring in his approach. I enjoy his sense of humor. He is so knowledgeable and enjoys sharing that knowledge. I will stay as his patient.

I actively warn women about, and would never recommend, Dr. Robinson. I only went to him because Medicaid assigned him to me, and I switched after one visit. He was unbelievably patronizing and rude. He conducted my exam without anyone else in the room. Many otherpeople have shared their horror stories about him with me. I'm astounded that he is still allowed to practice.

Worst experience ever! Have had to put up with it for years because he is the only OBGyn in area taking my insurance. Sends you for unnecessary tests and tells you to check back for results by phone. Then when you do, he is either not available, refuses to answer , makes you come back into his office for appt. for yet another 1-2 hour wait time!!!

I do not recommend this doctor. I especially do not recommend for a parent with a minor child. He did not acknowledge my presence in the room. He cut me off when I tried to ask questions. He addressed information and concern only to my daughter. His patient. I respect that, but feel like he went out of his way to ignore me and my presence. He did not have all of the lab results in. Blaming it on " you people having a holiday. "(July 4th). I found him rude, arrogant and quite full of himself.
