My mother used to go to him, I assisted her to a couple of appointments and was shocked at how rude he was to her. He tries to play it off as “helpful” but in all honesty he is condescending to her. It took everything in me not to say something, we left felling very disheartened. Not to mention the whole staff in that office lacks professionalism, as they tell us about other patients they are having to “deal” with in other rooms.
