So after you come out and do a gas shut off red tag inspection on a home how long does it take to get the actual estimate of what it will cost to come back and fix the home

Replaced a part on tankless water heater and charged me $800 for plumber AND his helper. The part was under warranty. Plumber was $95 an hour and helper was $45. Ridiculous prices for this area.

Lady that answered phone was so polite and helpful. They came the next morning to unstop a major clog. The worker who came out went right to work, extremely hard worker . Got it fixed and am so grateful I can do laundry, take a shower and use my toilet, who could ask for anything more. Price was great also, will definitely use them next time

I feel robbed. Please read to ensure you don’t get taken advantage of. I tried to come to a mutual agreement with Juliet on the phone who laughed at me when I asked if this company values the customers needs “Haha what needs, the need for hot water haha.” The tankless water heater went out so I called the number on the unit to get it checked out. The unit was under warranty so they replaced it and cleared it for use. $1000, ok. But when we tried to use it, the heat would fluctuate from 81-132 degrees, sometimes seen over 140... read more
