I wanted to share an unpleasant ordering experience I had with this florist. I ordered the flowers on a Friday and asked for them to be delivered on the following Monday. The ordering process went very well and the woman who took my order was pleasant. I had called my friend around 3PM on that Monday to find out if anything had arrived and once I found out the order was not yet delivered I called the florist to find out when the order would be delivered.
