They never let me down. Always do a great, thorough job. Working on a 150 year old house is always a challenge. Great work.
I Called 2 weeks ago because My hot water was not working properly. I Still have yet to get a call back. Terrible service
I ran out of Oil on sub zero days. Able to get tank filled and furnace bled but forced hot water would not produce heat. Discovered water on floor in spare room. Called the company at approx. 10 pm. Was told I would have contact in 20 to 25 minutes. I called again an hour later after no word. Was told he would put the call out again. Fell asleep waiting. Woke around 0630. Called again. Again, I was told he would put the call out. It is now 0725 and no contact. Would not recommend in an emergency situation!!
