Great patio seating and cocktails! Service was quick and friendly. A good local haunt that hit dinner out of the park! Key lime pie was delightful

Darling is nested nicely in the Seward and is a great addition to the neighborhood. The pastries and drinks are outstanding. But everything else - the vibe, the food - was just ok. We thought the proportions were off with too many potatoes and the main item too big. We would probably come back again but not for awhile.

I haven't been here since the Birchwood closed, but I'm glad I gave this a try. The menu is inventive, and everything we had was delicious. Polenta cakes were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Topped with caramelized onions, yellow raisins, currants and goat cheese, they make a great appetizer or side dish with a salad. My daughter and I came here since it was rated high. She wanted the waffle and I got a burger and coffee. It’s not anything close to a waffle. She didn’t want it so we traded food. I ate the waffle more because I didn’t want to waste money. I saw she didn’t like the burger so I tried to eat it. We both love burgers but we ate less than half the burger.
