When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
I ONLY GAVE AN 1 STAR BECAUSE NO STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION! My appointment was at 3:30 and i was not seen until 4:20 after i made a call to my husband telling him i was about to walk out. Then she (the DR.) was very rude to my 5 year old son telling him to quit being a baby and quit moving after the Dr. showed him a needle looking device which scared him. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WITH CHILDREN!!!!!!
