Very heartbroken with this facility. I just wanted to say thank you Deer Run for NOT helping my children's and I fur baby. My ex had brought our dog in and when I called to see what was going on they REFUSED to share any information. I gave them my info bc I wanted to pay for whatever medical tests and treatment that was necessary. Deer Run said they couldn't share anything with me due to privacy laws. Really?! Everyone else there is very knowledgeable and nice.
Dr Jokela and staff have been so very helpful with a difficult foster dog I had. Dr Jokela and Liz spent almost three hours with me and my foster to help me and his rescue understand why he was doing what he was doing and why he was having the problems he was! Not only did they both take the time to help me understand but they also came up with a treatment plan to help my foster dog be the best dog he could be! Dr Jokela helped save this foster dogs life, seriously! I couldn't have asked for a better team of people!
