We are brand new above ground pool owners at the house we just purchased and after looking up information online for hours we still had questions. I went to Leslie's first and they are very rude and not helpful at all. I then went to Darla's and it was dream come true. She got me everything I needed and gave me instructions and told me I could call after hours if I had any questions even! I definitely found my pool store!
Darla personally came out to check our pool which had a leak and lost water and in turn our liner had floated out. Darla explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue, which was very simple. Other pool companies immediately said I had to completely replace the liner which would have cost thousands. Darla is very knowledgable. I will be going to Darlas Oasis for any pool needs from now on.
This store is fantastic. They have everything you need with an owner that will fill your swimming desires. Installers are friendly and know their stuff. This will be your one and only pool place!
Darla's Pool Oasis has just earned a new customer! She came in to the store today just to meet me so I could get an O ring for my chlorinator! Her prices are very reasonable and excellent customer service! If you own a pool please check her out and like her on Facebook!! ☺
