RecommendedI don’t know how they feel about my worried self, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. I will never ever ever go anywhere else. They helped me last year so much, my pool stayed clean all year long! And is still clean after winter! HONEST CARING BUSINESS!!! They are NOT out to get your money! She’s so unprofessional it’s unreal. Cussed out my fiancé due to her calling for a refund for a payment she never asked for. I recommend everyone to go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. She a snake of a woman.
This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called asking for a free estimate on how much it would cost to repair my pool. I was told they have to check the schedule to see when a good time to come out would be. No problem. The following week I have someone knocking at my door while I am working saying they are there to look at my pool with Darla’s. Darla is super nice very knowledgeable! Love that she didn't try and push products on me..answered all my questions, I felt she was 100% honest about products what to buy and what wasn't needed.
Darla and her team are the best! They treat their customers like family and are truly a pleasure to work with! We’ve gotten our yearly chemicals from her from years before having them install a new liner and heater this year! If customer service is a priority for you, than this is a business to support!

Learned more in 10 minutes today than in 2 summers from current pool company we use. I was greeted immediately & asked how I could be helped, given a booklet explaining pool pump, settings ect...answered all my questions without acting annoyed like current company does. I am just learning how to care for in-ground pool ( 2 summer with it) & have lots of questions. Will DEFINITELY be switching to Darlas.
