I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Loftgren. I had to wait three weeks to get in to be seen. I arrived right on time for my appointment. The receptionist immediately asked me if I had my paperwork filled out, as I was a new patient. I informed her that I hadn't since no paperwork was sent to me.
