Celebrated my friend’s birthday here and everyone loved it. Service was excellent, the atmosphere was vibey and not too loud even with the music playing (vinyls-only is a nice touch!). DUDE! This place is so sick. Great job to the owner/chef and everyone involved for bringing what feels like a industrial/metal club but elevated into a wine bar with incredible thoughtful food to Orange County no less! I was looking for a nice restaurant, something different to take my wife out and celebrate our anniversary. The Darkroom did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The servings are small perfect to share. We order these 4 dishes and it was more than enough. MAITAKE MUSHROOM, SCRAMBLED EGG AGNOLOTTI, weiser farms MELON and fried SCOTCH OLIVES.
