I like having someone local that can work directly with me, in person when needed. Mark is good to work with.
Thought I was going to need a new computer after it crashed, but thanks to Mark, it is still working. He was truthful with me that he thought he could fix it and he did. He is respectful and helpful with new things, i.e. Google Cloud storage. Will definitely contact him again and will refer others to him. Great job Mark.
