I have been a patient at this clinic for a while, and while the doctor is skilled and knowledgeable, my experience with the secretaries has been deeply frustrating. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lavi and can confidently say they are skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. However, the experience with the front office staff has been consistently frustrating.Recently, I was bombarded with 10 back-to-back phone calls while in a meeting. THEY HARASSED ME with repeated calls, and when my elderly mother missed an appointment, instead of handling the situation professionally, they left an extremely rude voicemail, essentially banning us from the clinic and suggesting we find a doctor closer to home.W... read more

Excellent bedside manner, listens well, spend as much time as needed, very knowledgeable, professional, discuss the symptoms and provide the best course of treatment. The front office is one of the most caring staff and efficient group that I have seen in a long time. They make sure your needs are addressed all the way from the beginning to the end. I truly admire Dr. Lavi for his dedication to care for his patients. He is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor. His diagnostic and medical advice are top of the line. I am so lucky to have him as my primary doctor. I trust him 100 percent. His staff and and assistants are so kind . I give him 10 stars.

As a patient I found Dr. Lavi is very caring, friendly, kind, spends time with patients, explains his diagnosis including all the options and of course he is very knowledgeable in his field. Never had any problems to reach him or making an appointment with him. I should say his staffs are very professional and friendly too. I do recommend Dr. Lavi to all my family members and friends.

I am 68 years old and in my life I have seen a lot of doctors. Recently I got Dr. Lavi as my family doctor. My hat off to him for being very effective and professional in attending to my situations.. First thing that impressed me was that he returned my calls himself and gave me follow up calls personally, The second thing that impressed me was that he is on top of all my health problems so when I forget to ask him, he reminds me about issues and how to handle them with diet or exercise.

I am very greatful to finally find Dr. Dariush Lavi as my primary doctor after I moved to OC. He patiently listens to all of your concerns, he goes above and beyond to be sure your are directed to the right specialist when there is a need. He personally spoke to the specialist to get me a quick appointment. He has even contacted me while he was out on vacation to follow up on my urgent case. This is a type of care we really need from a primary doctror . Office staffs are super friendly too
