Been a patient for 10 years. Dr Espina shows a genuine interest in his patience and bringing them to health, taking the time he needs with each patient to get to know them and their issues. His 1st concern is building their health with diet and lifestyle.
Very straightforward takes time to explain everything and will go over it multiple times in different ways until you understand. Will do what it takes to take care of patients. Will continue to use him as long as possible. He has done more for me than my PCP.
I seen dr.espinadec.19,2019. My last visit was just awful . I had been seeing him for 4 months for weight loss and pain in my knees . I did heart echo,pulse tests,ekg,eeg,all heart tests he could find to do. From Oct.2019 until dec.2019 and on dec.I did a heart stress test . I only lasted 3 min. On the treadmill, and after nearly clasping in his make due office, I came out gasping for air and he never called me to tell me the results or dianosis. Dr. Espina saved my life. I was sent to him orginally for a class action; however, because of his thoroughness, it was discovered I had Graves Disease. I had seen several doctors throughout the years thinking my thyroid was the problem but all testing come back normal. It wasn't until Dr. Espina ordered a DNA test from of Berkly Lab, CA, (all of which was cutting edge in 2002) was the seriousness of my condition discovered. Ive seen DR Aspina 4 times at 2 different clinics for different problems and he is the most caring doctor ive ever met each time he took his time to explain to me everything he was doing and made me feel like i mattered and not just push threw to get to the next person. I will see him for everything he can help me with. I am thankful for finding such a caring doctor.
