Dr. Swainston saved my life. I was fearful, resistant and stand offish. He was compassionate, kind and patient. He gave me all of my options and let me choose without feeling pressure or judgement. In the end, I had no choice but to have the surgery. I always felt safe and cared for throughout the entire process. He’s the best and I trusted his expertise. I have been seeing Swainston since before 2017!In 2019 had to have an Ablation coz I had cyst all over the place.In which he had to call in another Dr.no wonder I had three periods a month ,pain unbearable!plus Endometriosis & pid to worry about among other things,I thought he saved my life then even though I scared heĺĺ òutof him, he said! After years of feeling brushed off and not taken seriously by other providers. I finally found a doctor who truly listens. Dr Swainston immediately took my concerns seriously and started working on real solutions instead of dismissing my symptoms. I want everyone who has PCOS or any painful disease to steer clear of this facility. After paying a co pay and my insurance piad the contracted amount I was sent to Collections. I paid it over THREE YEARS AGO. I was just seen at the ER in intense pain and vomiting. I have a huge cyst that requires surgery. I contacted the facility to make an appointment 5 times.
