I loved the store until after further conversation with the owner Linda that she supports elephant riding. The store and the so called sanctuary in Thailand are supporting each other. We al know that any type of riding of elephants with or without saddles is abuse!!!
Anyone who supports breeding farms such as Dari Rasa is adding to the belief that she is doing something good and special for elephants. Truth is she supports a place where they are forced to breed and riding of elephants in any manner is pure cruelty. When bull hooks are used it proves the validity of a sanctuary Do your research people. Please. It’s all about a dollar for her not the ethical treatment of the elephants. Truth hurts.
