Had a good steak and eggs. I'll try my other choice the next time I go.
Darfons is my go to place every time I come to Nashville. Have never had a bad meal or service. It caters mostly to business travelers with its close proximity to the airport and all the hotels in the area but also is a favorite among locals. The chef comes up with amazing specials and the menu items are equally as good. It is always busy but worth the short wait you may have during peak hours. Amazing how the kitchen and bar staff can accommodate everyone so quickly and efficiently. Have never had a bad meal or service.
It was simply an excellent meal: My wife & I both had the kobe beef burger with truffle oil and blue cheese, followed by an epic piece of tiramisu. Liz provided excellent service....we'll visit again when we return to Nashville.

My husband and I went here last night for our anniversary and everything was AMAZING! Our waiter was soo nice, the ambiance was intimate and the food was delicious! We will definitely be going back for sure!!! #HappyConsumer
Went to dinner tonight at Darfon's on Elm Hill Pike for my daughter's graduation which was the worst experience, grant you it was a large group but the unwillingness to split the check and the attitude was awful. If you are contemplating a place to celebrate you need to re-think dining at Darfon's. They split the check for the white group so they could have very easy split it for us, It was a racist move no doubt but that was ok, they will lose in the end.
Our first taste of Shrimp and Grits...wonderful. We asked to split the Kobe beef burger and fries. Our waitress Kate brought us each a plate already split. It was very tasty. The service is excellent.
Visiting from out of town and really enjoyed the restaurant. I ordered the lamb chops and they were very good. The vegetable sides were fresh and prepared well. Try the fried mac and cheese as well. Very reasonable prices for the quality of food and service this place has.
