Dr chiang needs a reality check. The way he talks to not only patients but the receptionsts is so belittling and uncaring. as someone who works in the health care industry I would expect a lot more empathy. He refused signed papers for a victims of crime statement my family member needed and decided to give a completely different form. Not only that he abused the receptionist for trying to assist.
My GP recommended Dr. Chiang to take care of my work injury treatment more than three years ago. After several years of acupuncture and other complementary treatments, I am now recovering better and better. Special thanks to him for defying the might of the big insurance company and always defending my rights, really appreciate his professional treatment and support. Also, all the receptionists are very friendly. Highly recommended to anyone.
Please don’t loose your time there. They tell you something one day and the next one they say sorry we are not accountable for what we said yesterday. The doctor came out to almost scream at the receptionist in Chinese of course, but anyway it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for us.
