Too bad no ZERO stars possible. We we dealt with Darby for almost a year after our initial prop manager was replaced. We paid our house rent each month on time for entire lease period. His snide attitude and condesending manner made it hard to take him seriously before we moved out of Nevada in April 2019. After months of coordinating (including dealing with defective pool, spa and interior lighting) our move out with Darby, he is now trying to withhold our 'refundable' cleaning deposit.
