I thought my initial appointment, which was my annual wellness visit, went well. We aligned on a plan of action, but I found out months later that the plan I thought I had was more of a bandaid - she did not explain the full picture during any 1 of the 3 visits I had with her. Also found out months later that I was billed for my annual wellness visit becuase we discussed a topice that was 'outside' of my wellness visit.
In search for a new routine provider and AHN referred me to her. She did not practice professionalism, she didn’t care to make conversation with me during the visit making it awkward and uncomfortable as the patient. My appointment was no more than 5-10 minutes for an annual appointment that should be closer to an hour. She didn’t ask any questions about my history, concerns etc. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to her for future care.
