I bought a new car from them in 2016 and we only used one key FOB. I recently went to use the other FOB because my wife had taken the one she uses with her and i had to move her car. The fob did not work ,so I replaced the battery and It still didn't work. I went up to Darcy Hyundai and the service man said it was never programmed and it would cost me almost $100.00. I just feel that there should be no charge being it was never done.

I messaged them through the CarGurus app asking them when they were going to post pictures of this vehicle it was 27 days and no pictures have been posted yet got back a response from a woman in customer service telling me they were all backed up and posting pictures would happened soon, I responded with yeah it would take like 5 minutes with a cell phone you had it for sale on here for weeks but no pictures got back it is not for sale we do not sell vehicles till they have passed our extensive inspection. See ..the only thing about when you treat people terribly is you don't get to hide it anymore, when someone can simply go online and leave a proper review. I went to go buy a car at this dealership and the car "stunk" to high heaven. When I called back to ask if they do anything about it, the answer given by their flagship salesperson was they could go out there and open a window. I guess this is how people get treated in a seller's market.
