Took my toddler to Prompt care bc she has tubes in her ear. had discharge coming from one and blood from the other. She took her sweet time finally coming into the room was there barely 2 min & said the Blood wasn't blood! She had a stank attitude on top of that. Acted as if I was confused on what blood looks like. Had to clean my child's ears out and saved the q-tips for a competent Dr. Looked at the other's reviews & IDK how or why she is still working
