Molokai has retaliatory, toxic building managers, Seann and Bret Gretter. They threaten to get people of color and with disabilities kicked out, want people out of the units only for their moms and friends to move in. I am sharing this review specifically to praise the property manager of the Molokai Apartments, Seann. At our time there, he was helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to keep the place clean and in order. Seann is awesome!
