I mean, going on five years here. I forgot to post my rent once a couple months back. Eviction notice on my door after a couple days. No reach out, no "you have paid 100% on time for four years, anything up?" Nothing, just a rude "you are gone" gesture on my door. That's how they roll I guess. Still live here obviously, but Darco

terrible company that does not care about tenants, will allow tenants to live in roach infested apartments to the point of them having to move out.

Worst communication ever they just take your application money and then just ignore it you. Having employees fired doesn’t constitute that my application and my emails go without reply. I called several times and no one picked up or returned calls. When I finally was able to reach them to see what the status of my application is bc haven’t heard back in days they said they had a lot of staff leave and would take a look at my application. Abhorrent service, takes years to hear back about the status of the application , poor communication but I am glad they got my application money. Still haven’t heard back from them.
