I am sharing this review specifically to praise the property manager of the Molokai Apartments, Seann. At our time there, he was helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to keep the place clean and in order. Seann is awesome!
Molokai has retaliatory, toxic building managers, Seann and Bret. They threaten to get people of color and with disabilities kicked out, want people out of the units only for their moms and friends to move in. They use security cameras to stalk what you do and when you leave the apartment/come back inside, only to use that to try to control your behavior.
