Start to finish it was a positive experience. My Salesperson Manni Rodriguez was informative and not pushy. He allowed me to test drive the car without probing me with 100 questions. Afterward, he gave me the space and time I needed to make an informed decision but was ready to answer all my questions when I was ready. If he didn't have the answer he let me know he would look into it and followed up right away. He didn't do the typical song and dance all car salespeople are known to do. He asked about financing and offered to let me speak with their financing specialist, when I declined he didn't push the subject except to let me know it's available if I wanted a second opinion.
When it was time to pay for the car, Gao Huang (Peter) had everything ready to go and went thru the paperwork. He asked about my rate and said he could beat it. I thought I had a pretty good rate from my bank so I didn't think he would, but sure enough, he did. so I went with them. Again Peter was very informative and answered my questions. All in all, I thought I would be there all day but I was in and out in about an hour. Not bad for a car purchase. If you are in the market go to Darcars Volvo and ask to speak with Manni Rodriguez
