I purchased my car from this center, but when I had an engine warning light come on, I tried contacting them several times and never received a response or a call back. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and support.
While we purchased a new Tiguan during this visit, also a positive experience, this review is focused on two exemplary employees of the service department, Jenie Lahiry and her manager, Nigel Stewart. We traveled a distance to the Darcars VW service center in Silver Spring because we sensed that our then-current Tiguan needed repairs, and we had experiences at 2 VW service centers near us in Gaithersburg that were inferior to the service Jeni and her colleagues had provided over the years. $200 for an oil change is asinine. Every other stealership has a flat 129 service. Avoid this place at all costs. Waited 3hrs AFTER my appointment to not even start it.
