I visited the dealer w/out an appointment and was told the car was being cleaned. No problem. Completely understand. After the next following days of communication and see pictures posted on the lot I shared that I would be in by 8pm to see the vehicle. When I arrive I was told it was not available. That’s it. No sorry. No other arrangements and no follow up. Just shoulder shrug. Unbelievable! As 2 time owner of Veracruz this was one I was seriously interested in.

Wonderful experience buying a car at this dealership. Tyshae walked us through everything. Car financing was done in house. We drove away 3 hours after we got there with the car. They stayed late to complete the paperwork so we did not have to come back on another day.
