UPDATE (no change in rating): The tech manager reached out to me and offered a bunch of excuses, then offered me credit toward a future visit. I told him all I really want is for someone to check to see if my tire was under warranty. He looked it up and sure enough it was still under warranty. Then he placed the blame on me, saying that if I knew it was under warranty I should have said something. I got my refund. They lost my business. --- 10/5/25 I wanted a simple patch or plug. I’ve been going to Toyota Darcars Silver Spring for years, and the service has never disappointed. I’ve even purchased two cars from this location because of their consistent professionalism and care. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tyrone Brown at the Call Center, and he is always extremely helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend asking for him when you call, he’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MADE AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE. BEEN CALLING TO SPEAK TO ANY SERVICE MANAGER, NEVER GOT ANYONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE. ONLY THE CALL CENTER ANSWERS, HOWEVER THEY ARE INEXPERIENCED AND HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF SERVICE. YOU TELLING ME ALL YOUR SERVICE MANAGERS ARE TOO BUSY TO ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE FOR A WEEK???? AND THE NUMBER LISTED DOESN'T WORK!!
