Not great, but where else can you go? My husband and I are Toyota people. When we wanted a Sienna back in 1998, we had to go to Gaithersburg to get it, since Darcars didn't have any. In 2002, we bought a Prius Hybrid. There was only one saleman who could help us, since it was a specialized car, so we had to work around his availability. Good auto buying experience We recently purchased a vehicle from Darcars. Our salesman was very helpful and patient with us. (we had our children with us) We also have our vehicle serviced and have had great experiences both times that we have taken it in.
VERY poor customer service We were considering buying a used car from Ebay that DarCars was selling. We went to there lot to check out the car then wanted to speak with a sales associate. We were directed to the used car manager since it was an Ebay auction. We were told we could talk to him as soon as the customer he was with left. As we walked into his office to talk to him, he looked at us and said "Dont even sit down, I have someone else coming in." Very helpful and informed staff Seriously considered purchasing a Prius. The salesman specializing in Priuses drove a Prius himself. This was to be my first car, and the salesman was very helpful in answering all my questions about the car and car buying process. He even bumped me up on the waiting list so that i could have a car as soon as the new models arrived. excellent services Darcars Toyota delivers fast and solid service, and adds the convenience of being able to request a service appointment online if you like. The waiting area is much better than the usual; if you've got a laptop and want to get some work done, there are desks with outlets and reasonably comfy office chairs, and there's a pretty decent play area for the kids if they're out running errands with you.
