I bought my first car in USA from Darcars Fairfax. The general manager (IJ), the finance manager (Jessica) also the sales person (Yessef) were very helpful and did a very good job. The process was very quick and easy with a fair price too. Big thanks for the whole crew. They will be my only dealer for my next car.
I have to give a shout out to this amazing Dealership-Darcars of Fairfax VA and the GM IJ, Jessica the Finance Manager, Neil my salesperson and tell you all what a great experience it was for me. IJ the General manager answered the phone when I called, wow, I don’t know any GM’s that answer the phone personally. This is my 3rd vehicle from this Darcars and I will continue to refer people to them and keep coming back myself as I am treated so well by everyone here. Great job to all at Darcars of Fairfax VA!!!
I got the car I wanted and Mike and I.J were GREAT!! They stayed late so I could leave with the car I wanted!!!
I came in to buy a Toyota 4runner. The General Mangaer I.J Jemli was really amazing and welcoming. The whole process went really smoothly. They accepted a personal check, payment was no hassle, and also fixed a few minor things that I pointed out.. They even gave me a tag for 30 days to drive it back to Chicago. I would strongly recommend coming here to buy pre-owned vehicles. The salesperson Jon was also great, he was super accommodating, and even stayed longer to get the whole vehicle detailed and cleaned up.
The General Manager, IJ Jemli, and my salesman, Sam, were great throughout the entire process. The entire team at Darcars was very friendly as well. They all made the process easy and helped me with every question I had.
The prices are fair. But I don’t like to how they lie to people. I bought I car and it was missing two speakers and didn’t know until the second day when I played music. I called the sales person and txt him but hi never called back or reply me txt. I would never buy it anything from them.
Neil was the best he was not only friendly helpful but very informative . He got me the best deal for my money . He made buying A car both painless and easy . He was great at answering all my questions. He made sure I had A safe reliable car for me and my family . Our safety was his number one priority. I.J was wonderful as well very helpful and made all my question A priority he made me feel safe with the great choice Neil help me pick .
