I always have the best experience with Jason my Rep. He is the best thing that happened at the service center at Darcars silver spring Md. He makes it so comfortable to deal with the stress of car servicing.
I had the privilege to speak with Tyrone Brown when I called to schedule an appointment for maintenance. The service he provided was exceptional. He scheduled the appointment and was able to explain all the benefits I have in the care insurance package I bought when I purchased the vehicle. Tyrone was friendly, courteous and is a valuable employee.
All they want is trick you to spend more money. Manager Cam Brown is the worst. Stsy away from this place. If I could I would give a zero.
