Today, I picked up my car from DARCARS Lexus of Silver Spring. The personnel there were very attentive and not pushy at all. In addition, that location is clean, and I felt welcomed at all times. The location is under renovation, so it is not comparable to other Lexus service stations. However, the guy who was assigned to me had very good customer service. The rates are also better here than at other locations.
I want to send a special thank you to Paige Warren from the Call Center for taking care of getting me conveniently scheduled. She was so pleasant and made sure my information was received correctly.
