Great service, and the building is newly renovated
We are were shopping around for hybrid cars and walked in here yesterday. A staff's greeting was "this is not a used car place." An unprompted rude and classist/racist response based on our looks and the staff's profiling and personal bias. This may be just one staff bias but shows more customer service training to staff is needed. A negative point in our scoring with other dealers in the area for sure.
Stephen was understanding and very helpful.
