Not fully stocked with parts. I needed cap for the resevoir, which was no where to be found in regular auto parts stores. I finally went here because my car is a Toyota. I expected them to have the cap, since the part should be pretty common for Toyota. To my surprise, they didn't have it in stock. The guy who helped me had this attitude that he didn't really want to help me. He just to me they don't have it. I had to initiate and ask him if he could special order for me. THEN he ordered it for me. When I came back, a week later to pick up my cap, I had to wait for a long while because no one was at the counter. I guess they could afford to treat their customers like that because most likely Toyota owners in the area need them for one thing or another. PROS: They specialize in Toyota, so if you have a Toyota, it's good! CONS: Service not great, and parts not complete.
