After placing an online order today, they canceled our order for "crosstex secure fit" masks. Reason? We hadn't ordered it in the past....We HAD been customers for 15 years & they wouldn't send us the 20 boxes we wanted for our dental practice?! They lost a customer & now we want our credit card info taken off of their records. Bad customer service!
