We couldn’t be more pleased with how well Darboy Stone and Brick were able to convert our stone wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. The way it looks and how well it heats met all our expectations and more. We are also extremely pleased with our kitchen granite countertops. The cut and installation ( and they were able to avoid having any seems ) was exceptional!
We have ordered mulch to be delivered to our home from Darboy Stone and Brick twice. Both times the truck was backing into our driveway within the hour. That's what I call service!! Thank you!
Our brand new fireplace was delivered and installed with many chips and scratches in the paint. When calling to inform them at first they tried to deny responsibility. After sending them photographs of the damage they agreed to send someone out. On the day of the appointment they arrived over 5 hours late without a call or apology upon arrival. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
Call and tell them that my Grandmother's $2500 fireplace isn't working and the best they can do is send out a service person in the middle of DECEMBER??? Yeah right!! And for $200 on top of it?? Way to stand by your products. Won't recommend to anyone. Fireplace is only four years old and has barely been used because it doesn't even work half the time!

We try to run early season specials (posted to our Facebook page and direct mailings to every customer in our database), encouraging customers to test their fireplaces before they are needed in an attempt to alleviate this issue.
