Used DS&B for a fireplace install at the cottage in Pelican Lake. It was so convenient to shop locally for the unit and have the same company install it up north! Eric at the office in Darboy as well as the two installers were nothing but friendly and helpful. Just need to finish the surround and it’ll be ready for cold winters in the north woods. Definitely recommend!!

If you order from Darboy , check the quality delivered and what you ordered. You will be charged a pick up charge for extra to return to them. They delivered broken sills and charged me extra for more sills that mason needed to complete the job. Compare prices.... we saved hundred of dollars by not ordering stone from them.

The sales managers are quite arrogant and unsympathetic when I ask questions about my fireplace they installed. I’ve had gas leaks and very cold drafts ever since it was installed. I’m very unhappy with this company and the customer service I have received. All I want is for someone to take me seriously and listen to me when I have concerns about my fireplace and house.
