Lindsey absolutely saved me from one of the worst muscle spasms I've had in my lower back in years. She asked great questions, did a thorough evaluation, gave me exercises to do, and performed dry needling and soft tissue work. I could barely bend over when I walked into her office and left with increased range of motion (6 inches from the ground and if you knew how tall I am, that is AMAZING!). She was able to get me in quickly in my time of need. Thank you, Lindsey and I'll be sending people your way!

I wish 10 stars was an option. I’m from out of state but i pop into CO quite a bit during the summer for rodeos, i’m very skeptical about who I let work on my aches and pains, but I found Lindsay about 6 months ago and will never go to anyone else for dry needling. I have been seeing Lindsey for an adductor injury, she has helped me tremendously regain strength. She is not only knowledgeable but always so kind and friendly and works around your schedule to get you in! I would highly recommend Dara Wellness And Physio!
