I've long struggled with low back issues and minor knee pain/mobility. Lindsay was incredible to work with helping me fix my mobility issues I didn't realize I had. Thank you for all the help!
I have known Lindsay for more years than I am willing to say 😁, so I knew that as soon as I was having trouble with my hips, she was who I needed to help me get past the pain and doing all the things again.
