Got a showing request from Candy Hill. It was accepted with showing instructions. At the last minute it was cancelled, and preceded with an obnoxious text reading the following: "After looking at the commission split, we decided not to bring our clients through anyway."
Alex Attiah who is the broker at this location is NOT an honest businessman. His organization is corrupt as far as he has demonstrated to me personally. He has proven to me to be a liar, cheat, and a thief. I don't know if the rest of the organization is like this but you should look up reviews for REIT Properties in Gurnee, Il. to see the path that Alex has taken to get here. Bottom line is this: There are tons and tons of other realtors out there. If you read this and still choose him/ them, beware.
