So very pleased to have found this little gem of a grooming salon close to my home. They were very accommodating when I stopped in to make an inquiry, took my anxiety-ridden dog on the spot with no appointment, and had her washed, groomed, nails clipped, and teeth bushed in a little over an hour. Fabulous work. (Love that they let the dogs roam free and don't cage them up!) Highly recommend!
It took some persuading to get Zero inside but he looked wonderful when I picked him up!!!
Vanessa is the best !!! Loves the pups and truly does a terrific job every time they go visit for haircuts! I come from Smithfield so plenty of places to shop up the road while you wait! ❤️

I was so nervous to bring my dog to a groomer after he had a traumatic experience . My dog was terrified of anyone who came near him with scissors and I thought I'd never be able to have him groomed - then we visited Dapper Dog and Vanessa was awesome! Tucker was not scared At all and the one on one experience was fantastic! I am so happy to have found this gem! Forget all the other places in town - you will not be disappointed here, - staff is friendly, caring, and so great with your fur baby .

Dapper dog pet grooming is wonderful. Vanessa does a professional job grooming your dog and lets the dog free to roam to get familiar with the place. She takes ONE dog at a time so you are in and out in one and a half hours. Your dog is not there for 3-4 hours like other groomers and not put in a back room where they cannot be seen. Wonderful dog grooming business! Dapper Dog has one-on-one appointments with her dog clients so there is no stockpiling of the dogs; other places we have used, they pile one dog cage on top of another to dry and separate . Vanessa did a wonderful job on our little dynamo Emma, a 4 year old Chorkie. We are so happy that we found Dapper Dog! Dapper Dog #1 !!!!!!
I love the job Vanessa does on SAGE, she is very calm with her so it is not a job getting her (SAGE) to go. She always looks great and feels wonderful soft nd silky when she comes home. I am very sorry I didn't know her when I had my Charlie. Great job Vanessa thank you !!!!
