Bought a 2020 Mini cooper S, while I am pleased with the purchase and staff was pleasant and friendly my only negative feedback is that I went on a Saturday with financing through my credit union, so I had to go back Monday morning to pick up car and I was surprised to see the car had not been washed or detailed and fuel tank at half, I’ve bought new and used vehicles before and have always received cleaned, detailed and with full tank of gas but overall ok experience
