I have two children with disabilities and although Daphna has the workers to work the full time hours I need, they are not trained, skilled, and lack adequate language skills for children with disabilities. They should not be caring for children with disabilities unless and until their staff are fully trained, know how to cook, take initiative, can follow direction and house rules and have proper communication. Absolutely sticking with them...Deepest appreciation! I had the best experience with this team. The quality of cleaning is excellent. Keeping appointments is very key to me and they did keep to it. I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. They sent in three (3) cleaners, Washed my entire house as well as my moms. Everywhere was clean and smelt really good.
