I absolutely LOVE Danville Vet. The Dr’s and staff are absolutely amazing. We live south now and still drive 45 min bc we were past patients of Dr Portwoods. We make the drive bc we trust that the care our fur babies get is excellent. We have seen all Dr’s at this facility and they are all wonderful! They always have our babies best interest at heart. We have been going to see Dr. Crystal since she opened up the Danville Veterinary Hospital. She always treated our pets with the utmost care. But unfortunately, we have noticed a change with customer service for the past few months. Twice we had called and scheduled appointments to see Dr. Crystal, but after arriving we were told that the appointments were not in the system.
