No one answers or returns the calls. Time sensitive screening and they are unresponsive. The instructions literally say: "Please call service provider for operational hours and to schedule an appointment"
Went on to have a simple drug urine test done,arrived at 8:10am. Waited a hr and the noise was completely OVER LOUD early in the morning, other person waiting was rude,playing video to the max volume,staff didn't stop it. Not everyone is under stimulated,many are overstimulated and have sensory issues! not every one wants to hear all that noise. You should know this working in a healthcare building and healthcare!!
