The lady at the front desk represents the Polyclinic. Her job is to meet and greet those who come and go. She was extremely rude to my sister who was there with a patient from a local nursing home. Please get someone who will represent you in a positive way.
Most of the Dr's there are awesome! They take very good care of their patients.
Had Dr. Rajjoub for my OB/GYN and still go to him.
I left Carle Clinic when my doctor left and I was stuck with PA's. Got Adnan Sadiq as my primary, B. Patel as my cardiac doctor, and Dr. Ciancio as my urologist. I find the level of care to be superb, even if Dr. Sadiq rides me about my blood sugar levels. I also don't have to call in several times just to get med refills authorized.
