My wife recently got admitted there for rehab, and often after hitting call light it takes many hours to get someone to respond. Their mission statement promises prompt service, but the only time i've seen that is when a PT person forces staff to do there job.
they have nurses who should not be taking care of the residents. they spend more time smoking and talking then they do for their residents. hire people who care more about our residents more than the paper with a price on that peice of paper. I was a learner and it was terrible and stank, dirty,grose. the nursing home down state is awesome and it's so clean and very friendly with smiling employees who care for their residents.

MY Aunt got gaingreen and then never change the dressings and ended up dieing from it.
If I could give no stars I would.. I will look forward to the day this place gets shut down. The staff neglected my grandmother so badly that it caused her death. We have recordings of the nurses admitting to “altering” her charts and them admitting not providing the care she needed. Not to mention neglecting wound care, shoving medication/food down her swelling throat. Please do not send your family member here. This place needs to be burned to the ground.
