Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

I have been going to Dr. John since I was a small child - almost 40 years! I would not even dream of going to another dentist! He treats me like family and I know he genuinely cares. You can't learn to do that - that is his nature! Absolutely wonderful staff also - I look forward to seeing them every 6 months!

I had veneers "installed" quite some time ago by John Sr. The color and size were very poor. We told him that we were not happy and he agreed to re-do them. After pulling them out using a savage, spring loaded "snap puller" I got a fear of dentists that would last a life time. I remember seeing my mother cower in the corner at the sight of blood pouring from my mouth. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, I The office was easy enough to find. I was never 100% satisfied with the implants. This weekend my implanted teeth got very loose and i am unable to reach the office by phone (3-26-12). please respond by calling me at 818-8332.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
