What a great place to service your HVAC. I have the maintenance plan and I get service fall & spring, air filters are changed and the technicians are friendly.
Cheryl has tried to help me with an issue with a carrier unit put in by another provider. I am not sure Carrier is going to honor their warranty b/c unit was not put in by an authorized carrier dealer but I think a warranty should be a warranty or they should not sell units to unauthorized providers. This unit has been an issue since it was put in. I really appreciate the help from Cheryl. Everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable and kind.
Continue to be satisfied with the work done. Received recommendations of system upgrades or replacement options.
