Qualified tech people. Prompt. Courteous & thoughtful. Fixed the problem!
Fantastic service from our tech. He is very informative and explains everything about our system. I believe a little pricey but will have them do future service.
Less than impressed with their performance. Wife called to have A/C diagnosed and repaired when temps were near 100F. Technician arrived and tried to sell a cleaning and maintenance contract without attempting to offer to repair the unit. No price for parts, no price for labor. He offered repeatedly to clean the system after it was repaired, apparently by others. Diagnoses by others ended up being rodent damage to wiring, a fuse and a half hour of effort to return to service. Needless to say we got the 'other guys' to clean ... read more
