I went there for the first and last time yesterday, it's the first jewelry store that you have to be buzzed in and it's not even in a bad neighborhood. I walked in and 2 of the guys just looked at me and finally a few minutes later 1 of the guys said "Can I help you?". I was only there to buy a ring guard. I should have walked out but instead I purchased it anyway. I will never go there again, I would have received better customer service at the jewelry counter in Walmart.
