Went to this yard and was treated VERY rude. Didn't even get a chance to ask about the other part I needed. Do not recommend.
Coming here from a tiktok page complaining about this place and regardless of what happened the owner is wrong for not listening to the story and having some compasión of his costumers, bad business regardless if they were told to come back next day car is towed bc they weren’t fast with service. TERRIBLE OWNER TERRIBLE PLACE YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
These guys are terrible…rude customer service the owner is trash as well as his front desk guy. RUDE RUDE coming from tiktok and this guy is just taking money from ppl regardless of signs he should’ve cared for what customer had going on. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. There’s better shops all along that street.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. THEY LIE ABOUT THE MILEAGE AS WELL BECAUSE I WAS TOLD 2 DIFFERENT MILEAGE'S FOR THE SAME TRANSMISSION.
