to all shop owner all over the state , this company is the worst company you can deal with , i should check the reviw befor i order transmission from this company , anyhow i ordered transmission from them and pay $700.00 for a bad transmission and when i called to have them send me replacement they said they will call me back , two hour later they call to tell me that i dont send the core which they pickup the core in the spot , then they said they have to send the transmission to be checked and i have to take it to them , a... read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called Dan’s Truck & Auto Dismantling looking for a passenger-side CV axle for a 2021 Mercedes GLB 250. The first time I called, the employee who answered was rude from the start and told me he couldn’t tell from the system whether they had the part. He asked me to call back in 20 minutes. I gave them more than enough time and called back about an hour later. The same person answered and had an even worse attitude. This place will not honor sale of the wrong part. They’ll dodge your calls until you give up. Do not purchase anything of value from here. Definitely do not travel to pick up any parts. I was scammed out of 600$ for the wrong rear axle. I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from buying from this place.

I asked him if the catalytic converter had a guarantee that it would work and he said “no sold as is” and then hung up. Not the smartest businessman.
