We really, really wanted to support your business during this difficult time. But, unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance. Our reservation yesterday was canceled due to needed repairs from the storm. Understandable. Made another reservation for tonight for 5:00. Got there on time, was told there was a wait despite our reservation, and it would be about 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and the hostess still had no idea when we would be seated. worst experience ever. I have been coming to Dan's for many years. I would have been embarrassed to serve the chopped sirloin, which was smaller than a McDonald's hamburger in 6 pieces. plus, the food was cold. so, I had to reorder. I ordered chicken which was hot, but 1.5 hours of waiting? my mom's steak, should have been well done, was medium. so disappointed. at least they comped our bill.
