I had a kitchen sink drain put in in July. Now it is rusting and they told me I will have to pay to have it replaced. She told me there no guarantee. Absolutely ridiculous. Please don't use them. Im a widow and work for st. Johns schools . It isn't that a nice drain. Something everyone would want. 4 months. This is why local business owners lose business.

Our copper piping under our slab got a large hole in it. We had to shut our water off. Dan recommended that we replumb the whole house as it was all old copper plumbing. He came by the day he was called to look at it. Then his son Danny came the next day to do the estimate. We got scheduled for early the next week. We were on vacation for most of the repair and they finished the day we got home. They cut straight where they had to cut the drywall and cleaned up all the plaster dust. I had a good experience and fair billing in December of 2023. I needed to get my bathroom sink unclogged and was not made aware of about 150 % price increase. Previously the hourly rate was fair, but now it has doubled plus a $ 50$ service fee. That amounts to a 100 per cent increase plus the service fee.

I called late Friday afternoon about having a water filtration system installed in my St Augustine home. He called first thing Monday morning & set an appt for Tuesday. Since he's local he was in tge area Monday afternoon & called to see if he could stop by to see the system & where I needed it installed. Family business. Professional, focused. Completed a complicated replacement of bathtub/shower cartridge that involved some hand retrofitting. Also discovered leak in shutoff valve mechanism that's been going on for a long time, apparently. No time wasted. Incredibly reasonable rates. My go-to plumber from now on!
