I needed to have a toilet reseated - it had become loose at the base. Based on this company’s excellent reviews, I called Dan’s Plumbing. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Ms Ellie could not have been more helpful. She was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. My plumber John arrived on time and was able to reseat the toilet quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and just a nice personable guy. We had an excellent experience today and Dan's Plumbing is our favorite plumber ever now! John is such a lovely person and provided much needed expertise for our leaky kitchen faucet. He showed us how we have a lifetime warrantee with Kohler that we didnt know we had, and we were able to get replacement parts for free. The pricing for this plumbing service is very reasonable but beyond that, we feel a strong sense of trust in John, his expertise and integrity, which is Priceless.
